From the very reasonable estimate to completing the final touches, Lovejoy Carpet Care has been a true joy to work with. Paul did an excellent and careful job cleaning the carpeting on all 3 stories of our condo. And when a small spot reappeared after the carpet dried, Brian came over and took care of it right away. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend Lovejoy Carpet.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Booking carpet and grout/tile cleaning with Carlina for my home in Medway was a breeze. John and Brian came on the agreed upon date and time as promised, and they did a phenomenal job! My carpeting and tile looks brand new. They were not only very nice, but also extremely professional and thorough. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend Lovejoy! Thank you for a job well done!

Brian Lovejoy did a terrific job cleaning my white and light gray carpeting. It looks like new! He also returned two days later to address a small area and giving me great advice regarding my carpeting in the future.
